Terms of service
The arrangement, in the shortest form it can honestly take. Using UX Viber means agreeing to it.

What UX Viber is
A research tool. It runs studies against the designs already in your Figma file and writes the findings back beside them. You use it through a Figma plugin, a web app, or an API.
Your account
You need an account to run studies; participants do not need one to take part. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials and any API keys to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think a credential has leaked — security@uxviber.com — and revoke it, which takes effect on the next request rather than at the next cache expiry.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your data is yours
The studies you write and the responses you collect belong to you. We hold them to provide the product. We do not sell them, we do not share them for advertising, and we do not train models on them — nor do we use a provider that reserves the right to.
You can export your responses at any time, and you can delete a study, which deletes its responses. If you leave, ask us and we will remove the rest.
What you agree not to do
- Use UX Viber to collect data from people who have not consented to it. Every published study carries a consent step for this reason, and removing it is not an option we provide.
- Ask participants for information you have no lawful basis to hold — in particular, special-category personal data.
- Attempt to identify individual participants from responses, or to combine responses with other data in order to do so.
- Break, overload or probe the service outside a disclosure you have agreed with us.
- Resell the service as your own.
Free, and paid
The free tier is genuinely free and has real limits, which are stated on the pricing page. Viewer seats are free on every plan — the person who most needs to read research is the one least likely to have a seat bought for them.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time you buy them. If we change what a plan costs, that change applies from your next billing period and not retroactively.
Links we have already issued
A participant link that has been sent to people is not ours to break. If you add a custom domain, we change the address we print on new links; every link already issued keeps working for the life of its data. This is a standing commitment, not a transitional courtesy.
Availability
We work to keep the service up and we will tell you when it is not. We do not promise uninterrupted service on the free tier, and nothing here is a service-level agreement unless you have one in writing.
A participant’s session is never failed because a delivery to your storage destination failed — the response is recorded first and delivered after. That is a design commitment, because a participant who has given you ten minutes should not lose it to our infrastructure.
Ending it
You can stop using UX Viber whenever you like and take your data with you. We may suspend an account that is doing one of the things listed above, and we will say which one.
The legal minimum
UX Viber is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and date it. Continuing to use the service after that is how you accept the change.
