What happens when you go over
Nothing, to the participant. A study that exceeds its response quota keeps accepting responses, keeps every one of them, and tells you. Overage is a conversation with us, not a 402 to someone who volunteered ten minutes of their time.
A failed payment degrades the workspace to read-only after a stated grace period, and never in the middle of a live study.
Questions people actually ask
Do participants need an account?
No. They open a link, answer, and close the tab. We store a pseudonymous id per study and no cookie.
Can I use it without Figma?
Yes. Upload an image or a PDF, or give us a URL and we will capture it — most of what sells the product happens before a design team adopts the plugin.
Where does the data live?
eu-central-1 by default, and the region is set per organisation at creation. Enterprise plans choose; residency is enforced at the storage boundary rather than promised in a document.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export everything as CSV or XLSX, or through the API. Downgrading never deletes anything — data survives its retention window regardless of plan.
Is there an API?
The same one the product uses. There is no second public API that drifts from an internal one, because there is no internal one.
